Republican Dean Andal, who is gearing up for what is expected to be a hard-fought race against Democratic incumbent Jerry McNerney in District 11, has raised almost $104,000 and has about $532,000 in cash on hand, his campaign is reporting in filings with the Federal Election Commission. Andal transferred $14,000 from a separate campaign account.
