U.S. Senator John McCain of Arizona, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, will visit California early next week for a town hall meeting and two fund-raisers.
The trip will begin with an 8 a.m. town hall meeting Monday at the satellite student union at California State University, Fresno, followed by an 11:30 a.m. fund-raiser that day at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in downtown Fresno.
The town hall event is free, and a description on McCain's campaign Web site says he will discuss national energy issues and take questions from attendees.
Tickets for the fund-raiser luncheon are $1,000 per person, while a $2,300 ticket includes a McCain lapel pin, according to the campaign site.
The event begins with a private reception for the event's co-chair and host committee, followed by the luncheon at noon.
McCain will attend a fund-raiser in Riverside on Tuesday, also beginning at 11:30 a.m. That fund-raiser is hosted by Kelly and Duane Roberts and is at the Riverside Convention Center's Raincross Ballroom.
The Roberts are prominent Southern California business people and philanthropists, perhaps best known for their restoration of the historic Mission Inn in Riverside.
Tickets are also $1,000 and $2,300 for that event.
Apart from the town hall meeting, McCain does not have any other public appearances in California listed on his Web site.

A little money
McCain may take a little money out of California ..... he'll need it to fight for states that he shouldn't have to, like Pa. and S.C.
But that's all he'll take out of Ca., he will not be taking any electoral votes out that's for sure.
