DENVER -- Seen and heard on the breakfast ballroom floor: Famed celebrity defense and feminist attorney Gloria Allred, decked out in a bright pink pantsuit, was present and working the back of the room while California Democratic Party chairman Art Torres was introducing a parade of California Democratic favorite sons and daughters including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, state Superintendent of Schools Jack O'Connell, Secretary of State Debra Bowen and California Congressman Mike Honda, to name a few.

“We’re making ‘herstory’ with Hillary. She not only won, but won big,” said the Beverly Hills lawyer who once successfully sued a French restaurant because it gave separate menus to men and women but the women’s menus did not list dinner prices.

All of California’s Clinton and Obama at-large, elected and super delegates will meet in Sacramento on May 18 for orientation before the Democratic National Convention. “No way as a delegate do I want her to drop out,” said Allred, who is representing U.S. Rep. Henry Waxman‘s 30th District. “I want her to go all the way to the convention."
